Participants may enter multiple times — more entries mean a higher chance of winning.

3. Closing Date

The raffle closes at 11:59 PM on 1 November 2026.

Entries received after this date will not be considered.

4. Minimum Ticket Requirement

A winner will only be selected and announced once a minimum of 1250 tickets have been sold.

Should fewer than 1250 tickets be sold by the closing date, Exploring Without Limits reserves the right to:

• Extend the competition period;

• Cancel the competition;

• Issue refunds where applicable;

• Or implement an alternative solution at its sole discretion.

5. Prize

One winner will receive a trip for two to Bilene, Mozambique, from 27–30 November 2026, as part of a group travel experience, including:

The prize is not transferable to alternative dates.

8. Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly selected and announced within 7 days after the competition qualifies for a draw.

The draw may be recorded and published on social media platforms.

9. Notification

The winner will be contacted using the details provided during ticket purchase.

If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

10. Non-Transferable

The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

11. Passport Requirements

The winner and guest must hold valid passports and meet all travel requirements for Mozambique.

12. Group Trip Disclaimer

By entering, participants agree that their name, image, and any photos/videos taken during the trip may be used by Exploring Without Limits for marketing and promotional purposes across digital platforms, websites, and social media without additional compensation.

14. Liability

Exploring Without Limits shall not be held responsible for travel delays, border issues, weather disruptions, injury, illness, theft, loss of personal belongings, or any circumstances beyond its control.

Participation in the trip is at the winner's and guest's own risk.

15. Organizer Rights

Exploring Without Limits reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or amend the competition, the prize, or these Terms & Conditions if unforeseen circumstances arise.

16. Ticket Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled by the organiser.
